You guys need better costumer service I would never fly with you guys again after you guys lost my luggage and never did anything about it you guys would just ignore my calls and your tickets are cheap because you guys charge a lot 200 for the luggages that you lost

I changed my reservation and got charged twice. On top of those charges, I did not get the credit for my luggage that I had already paid for.
What's going on with you people? I need someone to credit my account and add my luggage that I've already paid for. It's insane; there's no one to help, only machines. I've called a few times but the call keeps getting disconnected.
Please, help. Herminia Romero.

Preferred solution: I changed my flight and got charged double why ?? I want my money that you over charged for changing the flight and the credit for my luggage that i allready paid when i did the reservation .

Every thing was great they were able to help me with my issue I wasnt sure how to get my boarding pass and a representative was able to help with my issue I dont think nothing needs to change everything is just great

Volaris is a bunch of scammers. They rebook you flights and make you pay luggage twice after they promise your luggage will transfer.
They have incessant and consistent delays that can last 3-5 hours.
They cost me a hotel, and 300$ in baggage fees where they benefit from inclement weather. Do not do business with this company.

I bought a flight ticket on 11/21/2024 for Guatemala. I received a confirmation and electronic number.
However, on the day of my flight, I was surprised because my flight was canceled without my consent, and I had paid $296.62 for it. This situation forced me to purchase another flight with a different airline because no one resolved the issue.

Volaris is not a professional company. They use Facebook or instagram for correspondence instead of a proper website. They have not issued a refund to us for a flight that we could not take because of a traffic accident on the way to the airport.
My husband head to make a last minute trip to Mexico for business. There was an accident on the road which delayed him getting to the airport.
It does not take 3 hours to get to the airport but this time it did. He was at the gate to get on the plane, and they were just pulling away. The staff did not help him in any way, shape or form. The airline did not honor the ticket to put him on another airline.
They did NOTHING but take our money.
They claim they will not issue a refund. How do I get my money back?!?!

The app would not scan. It would be better to have option to type info.
Horrible customer service
No help at all, they keep telling you to call different numbers, having you to feel like ping pong ball, and no matter which phone number they give you theyre not able to help you out anyway not even give you an option.

El personal sin educacion y se demoran en atender te cobran de mas y todo ay que documentar en la pagina de volaris y nunca sirve la pagina y servicio al cliente son maquinas y ni ay otra opcion de ayuda es ridiculo e impotencia que no podemos hacker nada para Que nos solucionen .fue mi primera vez Que viajo con volaris pero mi ultima vez .ojala que pueda atender mi peticion
Add luggage
I wanted to add luggage, however, I was unable to add since I had already checked in for my cousin who is the one flying. A bit confusing since booked through 3rd party and they informed us the flight was delayed 41 min, yet CS did not see this delay in their system.
Great customer service. Thank you.
Ps: consider flying out of IND, Hispanic population at the very least has increased ten fold in the last 15 years- great market and great airport and you could draw from Louisville market as well.
