Lost my baggage
My baggage didnt come in the plane. I reported to the airport airline that they had no response to my request.
Very bad service, this is the second time this has happened and I have gotten no help. When I tried speaking to staff they were rude and disrespectful, when I tried asking them for assistance.
Not only did they lose my luggage but I had to pay $2000 to bring my luggage which was lost by the airline. Will be taking my service elsewhere.

I never received my ticket. They took my money and I had to purchase a second ticket for more money. I need a refund, but no one is responding.

My purchased date was 10/1/24 return flight was 10/15/24 .I had medical appointment was seen earlier than expected I purchased a return flight on 10/4/24 now looking to get my refund for cancelation of 10/15/24 freeing up flight for someone else. Horrible costumer service they lost my luggage and I called them 100 times never did anything about or paid me for it when I called they never have a costumer service rep to talk to you about it it's
You guys need better costumer service I would never fly with you guys again after you guys lost my luggage and never did anything about it you guys would just ignore my calls and your tickets are cheap because you guys charge a lot 200 for the luggages that you lost

I changed my reservation and got charged twice. On top of those charges, I did not get the credit for my luggage that I had already paid for.
What's going on with you people? I need someone to credit my account and add my luggage that I've already paid for. It's insane; there's no one to help, only machines. I've called a few times but the call keeps getting disconnected.

Preferred solution: I changed my flight and got charged double why ?? I want my money that you over charged for changing the flight and the credit for my luggage that i allready paid when i did the reservation .

Every thing was great they were able to help me with my issue I wasnt sure how to get my boarding pass and a representative was able to help with my issue I dont think nothing needs to change everything is just great
