Customer service worse than non- existent

I needed to add 1 piece of luggage. I've spent days trying to add it on the phone through WhatsApp customer service.

Each reply was taking from 30 minutes to 6 hours or more. If I didn't reply for 10 minutes, I got cut off. Three times, so three conversations of 15 hours total. New agents were telling me the price was 50% more.

And then I was cut off again.

No one gave me a number to contact. This is awful service, one of the worst I've ever had.

Con nuestro pase anual , mi esposa Patricia Dolores y yo volamos a la Ciudad de Mexico el día 16 de Febrero del 2026, pero mi app del pase anual no aceptaba ningún pago de tarjeta de crédito, trate de usar banco de America la primera vez dos veces y no lo aceptaba y tampoco ninguna otra tarjeta, y después de varias horas pude pagar el viaje de ambos con mi tarjeta Banamex, pero aun así a mi no me daba mi pase de abordar y tuve que ir directamente al mostrador de Volaris y pagar los impuestos TUA , y ahi a la agente de Volaris tampoco le aceptaba mi tarjeta en sus computadoras del aeropuerto de Houston Texas, y tuvo que pedir ayuda a otra agente y finalmente me dieron mi pase de abordar, yo pague la con mi tarjeta los vuelos de mi esposa y mio en mi computadora personal, lo siguiente:

Don’t fly Volaris

If you can possibly avoid this airline, do it. Their customer service is terrible and almost non existent.

We cancelled our Mexico trip two days before the flight because of the gangs retaliation for their leaders death, but were unable to get through to the airline until an hour before it took off. I tried communicating with them on WhatsApp and kept getting messages that I could reschedule my flight. Their system wouldnt allow me to do this. I filed a complaint on their website and got a message saying that they would credit me $35 each for my husband and I.

Thats less than what I paid for a checked piece of luggage.

These tickets cost hundreds of dollars and I paid extra for their insurance which they wouldnt honor because I didnt reschedule at least four hours before my flight. I tried to do that for two days!

My anual pass I can’t log in
