No response same result with WhatsApp can’t get any answers still have the same issues

Wrong ID on profile, someone else's information can't get it fixed. Volaris just doesn't resolve this issue.

Preferred solution: Get my profile correct so I can buy anual pass. Someone is using my email with different bday and I can’t use it to sign up for the snusl pass can’t get a live agent to help very poor customer service

Over Charged Baggage and Change of date on my flight

Impossible to obtain a refund on overcharge baggage!

Utilized the Volaris app to check in for our flight (2 travelers). Thought the question was total number of checked bags?, which I answered 2 each.

The question appears to have been, total number of additional bags each?. So long story short, we were charged for 4 bags each or $562 to my credit card. Contacted the Volaris agent at the counter, and she could clearly see what happened in their system, but she was not authorized to provide a refund. She provided a phone number for customer service which was worthless.

It was a bot who could not understand our issue.

After searching for additional phone numbers on the web, to hopefully find a live agent with authority (several hours of my time over a couple days), I gave up, and contacted my credit card company to contest the charges. They were extremely helpful, as opposed to Volaris.

Customer service worse than non- existent

Each reply was taking from 30 minutes to 6 hours or more. If I didn't reply for 10 minutes, I got cut off. Three times, so three conversations of 15 hours total. New agents were telling me the price was 50% more.

And then I was cut off again.

No one gave me a number to contact. This is awful service, one of the worst I've ever had.

Fix online service and chat interaction

Don’t fly Volaris

If you can possibly avoid this airline, do it. Their customer service is terrible and almost non existent.

We cancelled our Mexico trip two days before the flight because of the gangs retaliation for their leaders death, but were unable to get through to the airline until an hour before it took off. I tried communicating with them on WhatsApp and kept getting messages that I could reschedule my flight. Their system wouldnt allow me to do this. I filed a complaint on their website and got a message saying that they would credit me $35 each for my husband and I.

Thats less than what I paid for a checked piece of luggage.

These tickets cost hundreds of dollars and I paid extra for their insurance which they wouldnt honor because I didnt reschedule at least four hours before my flight. I tried to do that for two days!

Redeem our Voucher we're booking our flight now

I recently booked our return trip to ***,bc Sur from May 29-June 2 when i went to punch i my voucher # it said Expired. I was not informed that the vouchers were only good for 10 days. The Vacation we are going on now is around the 75 day mark. thats Less than 90 days!

Volaris email sent March 17Th. On March 15th. 2026 flight Y4 3389 was delayed. We want to make it right offered a travel voucher airfare only not including airport taxes or fees.

when i went to book our flights for are upcoming trip said expired.
