I cant get a live pertain to help me fix my date of birth on my annual pass. I have called multiple times and it reroutes me to do it online but there is no access to fixing that.
I have called for 2 weeks and I dont get a response back via whats app nor via call. It is difficult to travel because I cant check in wirh out my DOB matching my passport.

I made round trip reservations from Atlanta, Ga. to Chihuahua Mexico with Volaris Airlines on Dec.1, my departure was on Dec.10 2024.
The itinerary had a connection with Frontier Airlines in Denver Co. and on to Chihuahua Mexico. I had no problems from Atlanta Ga. to Chihuahua Mexico but return ing from Chihuahua Mexico to Denver Co.
I was told by Frontier Airlines representative that they had no record of a connecting flight from Denver to Atlanta. PCKNWP was my Volaris Airline itinerary. I had to pay again for a ticket to return to Atlanta. I paid a premium price of $550.00 in which I deserve a reimbursement.
My itinerary for that flight with Frontier Airlines was SJIV5X
I paid $449.00 for flight plus 1 checked and another $75.00 for checked bag being 48 lbs. So l need to be reimbursed $550.00 by either Frontier or Volaris Airlines.
