Had to use automated AI to explain our complaint. We have not heard back as of today.
When we got to the airport, we were told our connecting flight was canceled. That was the first time we heard of this.
As a result, a new flight was booked, but we had to wait approximately 9 to 10 hours at the airport. We were not offered any vouchers for food.
We lost our ride from our connecting flight in Los Angeles, and we would not get any refund. We want a refund for our connecting flight for the two of us.
Preferred solution: Refund airfare for connecting flight $400.00and food cost at the airport 60.00

Honestly, your airplanes, your lines your service to the customer. Its completely sucks really really observed that *** have a poor quality of service. I would not recommend you guys at all.

You are confusing me you sent me on email saying that I havent choose my seats yet.
And I did I even have my seats numbers that were assigned to me.
User's recommendation: I can’t recomend to future cuatomers if I can’t talk to a human person right now to fix the problem that you guys said on your email …I sure don’t want to get there for my flight and have problems

No on answers the phone and the line auto takes you to a digital link to do all your changes online that still don't work

Lost my baggage
My baggage didnt come in the plane. I reported to the airport airline that they had no response to my request.
Very bad service, this is the second time this has happened and I have gotten no help. When I tried speaking to staff they were rude and disrespectful, when I tried asking them for assistance.
Not only did they lose my luggage but I had to pay $2000 to bring my luggage which was lost by the airline. Will be taking my service elsewhere.

I never received my ticket. They took my money and I had to purchase a second ticket for more money. I need a refund, but no one is responding.

My purchased date was 10/1/24 return flight was 10/15/24 .I had medical appointment was seen earlier than expected I purchased a return flight on 10/4/24 now looking to get my refund for cancelation of 10/15/24 freeing up flight for someone else.
